Bar Team Hire
Ideal for venues that already have bar infrastructure in place.
We supply experienced bartenders to operate your existing bar efficiently and responsibly.
Complete Bar Setup
A fully managed bar solution where we supply the equipment, glassware, bar tools, ice and service structure required to run the bar smoothly.
For venues without a fixed bar, we can also construct custom pallet bar installations, creating a clean, functional bar area suited to your event layout. Our team manages the entire setup, service operation and final pack-down.
How Bar Service Is Structured
Every event is different, but most clients choose one of the following approaches:
Hosted Bar (Pre-Paid)
You purchase a set allocation of drinks in advance. Guests enjoy hosted service until the agreed quantity is reached, with the option to extend during the event if required.
Per-Guest Package
A fixed price per guest for the duration of the event. Ideal for weddings and celebrations where you want guests to enjoy bar service without monitoring individual spend.
Cash Bar
Guests purchase their own drinks during the event. A minimum spend may apply, with the host covering any difference if the minimum is not reached.
All bar structures are aligned with your guest numbers, event duration and overall budget.
Beverage Planning & Stock Guidance
We assist with beverage planning and quantity guidance to help determine appropriate stock levels for your event. This includes recommendations on drink variety, consumption estimates and pacing of service.
The aim is simple: maintain steady service while avoiding unnecessary shortages or excess stock.
Custom Cocktail Design
For events that call for something more distinctive, we also offer custom cocktail design.
This can include:
- Signature cocktails tailored to your celebration
• His & Hers wedding cocktails
• Branded corporate drink menus
• Unique recipes created specifically for your event
These additions bring personality and creativity to the bar experience while remaining simple to execute during service.
Styling & Presentation
Beyond efficient service, presentation matters. We offer simple styling enhancements to ensure the bar area looks organised and inviting.
This can include:

• Structured glassware layout
